The Emkay Journey
Emkay Consultants Limited was established in 2001 in Kolkata, West Bengal, with a vision to bridge the gap in India's financial ecosystem. As a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) having Certificate Of Registration No. 05.02434, we emerged to serve the financial needs that traditional banking couldn't address.
Under the visionary leadership of our Chairman, Mr. R M Kulkarni, with his extensive experience in banking and financial markets, we committed to empowering the "unbanked customers" with accessible financial opportunities.
In 2023, leveraging successful experience from Credit Society operations, Mr. R M Kulkarni and the promoter team completed the strategic acquisition of Emkay Consultants, revitalizing operations for the post-pandemic financial landscape.
Today, with all necessary RBI and SEBI approvals secured, Emkay operates across multiple geographical locations, committed to providing accessible, technology-driven, and flexible financial services.
